If you are are new client to Face It Beautiful, please read this entire Policy page.

Arrival:

If you are a new client please plan on arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will allow you time to find my location. Prior to your arrival please click  “Forms” at the top of the page and fill out the appropriate form and bring it with you.

Late Arrival:

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or may need to be rescheduled if you’re more than 15 minutes late.  Please do not request a price adjustment for a reduced service for a late arrival.  This time has been set aside for you. If you are running late please communicate with me as soon as possible preferably by text.

Cancellation Policy:

Your time is very valuable and I respect that. In turn I expect the same.  Scheduled treatment times are reserved especially for you. Please understand that when you cancel your appointment without giving 24 hours notice or forget your appointment, another client will miss out on an opportunity to be seen.  I send one email reminder 2-3 days prior to your appointment and a text reminder. I usually have a wait list for clients.  Giving at least 24 hours notice allows me to fill the appointment. If you miss your appointment without giving 24 hours notice, you’ll receive an invoice from Square. A $65 late cancellation fee will be billed to you and is due upon receipt.

Methods of Payments:

I accept MC, Visa, Discover and American Express and cash.

Packages:

Packages are valid for one year of the date of purchase. Packages are non-transferable and non refundable. No exceptions. Packages offer you a discount but the main purpose of a package is to have a skin care plan that will help you reach your skin care goals in reasonable time frame.  If you don’t come in often enough you won’t see the results that you would if you came in every two weeks or monthly.

Gift Certificates:

GC’s may be purchased online from our website through the Gift Card Cafe or purchased in person. GC’s are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. Gift certificates must be presented at check in. Please mention that you have a GC when scheduling your appointment.

Returns/Exchanges:

Credit or exchanges for products may be honored within 14 days of purchase.    No refunds on services, packages or gift certificates.

Children or Pets:

For the enjoyment of others wanting a quiet and peaceful experience, please plan on arranging a sitter for your small children.  Service dogs are permitted.

Cell Phones:

Please silence your cell phone so that you can truly enjoy some quiet time.

Online booking:

For your convenience you may book your appointment online. If you are scheduling a Peel Treatment and have never been seen before, a phone consultation is required prior to your appointment. Please book the appointment, provide your phone number while booking and I will give you a call.
